    Product Features

    Outstanding ecological functions: The exterior of the upper section of the pile is equipped with several large-scale planting pots, which provide an ideal environment for the growth of green plants and flowers. The greening rate in the cantilever support section can exceed 80%.

    Reliable security features: People who have accidentally fallen into the water can use the vegetation pot as a lifeguard climbing support to pull themselves ashore.

    Product Specifications

    ESC vegetation sheet pile products are categorized by section height into three specifications: 350mm, 450mm, and 600mm. Depending on the different reinforcement configurations, each specification is further divided into three models: A, B, and C.

    The main cross-sectional shape of the ESC vegetation-type sheet pile is “gate”-shaped, as shown in the figure below:

    A “thickened zone” is provided at the top of the pile, which serves as a gripping area during construction and helps reduce damage to the pile top.

    The “double tenon-and-mortise” interlocking groove design of the ESC vegetated sheet piling is not only suitable for straight-line arrangements but also accommodates curved shoreline configurations, including both “forward curves” and “reverse curves,” enabling a 10° turning angle.
