Production process

The production of H-BZ arc-shaped sheet piles and CFZ retaining square piles employs the same continuous-flow production process as that used for PHC tubular piles. The four core processes—cage reinforcement fabrication, concrete mixing, variable-frequency centrifugation, and steam curing—have all been fully智能化 automated, ensuring stable and reliable product quality.
