Product Features
The production process, like that of ecological U-shaped sheet piles, employs “ Reverse mold + Automatic frequency-modulated vibration The manufacturing process ensures both the appearance quality and the strength of the pile body. Compared to traditional U-shaped sheet piles, it offers the following advantages:
■ Landscape function The upper section of the pile features simulated stonework patterns, antique brick patterns, and wood-grain patterns (optional).
■ Ecological function Several vegetated wing basins are installed on both sides of the upper section of the pile, which facilitates the growth of green plants and flowers.
■ Security features People who have accidentally fallen into the water can use the wing basin as a lifeguard climbing support point to climb ashore.
