Leaders from the Dongguan Water Resources System visited our factory to conduct a study tour and learn about the production process of precast concrete piles.

On July 24, a research and study group organized by the Dongguan Water Resources Bureau visited our factory to learn about the production process of precast concrete piles. The members of the research group included: senior officials in charge from the Municipal Water Resources Bureau, relevant staff from the Water Resources Engineering Construction Division, personnel from the Dongguan Embankment Management Office, and staff from the Wangniudun Town Engineering Construction Center.

The research and investigation work was conducted in two main parts. The first part involved a visit and exchange at the production workshop: The visiting leaders first conducted a detailed investigation and exchange on each stage of the U-shaped sheet pile production process. In response to questions raised by the leaders, our company’s accompanying staff provided on-site explanations, enabling the leaders to gain a thorough and comprehensive understanding of our U-shaped sheet pile manufacturing processes and procedures, as well as the unique characteristics of our U-board production. Secondly, led by our company’s accompanying staff, the visiting leaders also had an exchange on our arc-shaped boards, interlocking square boards, and ecological U-boards. The researchers gave these products high praise on-site.

Second, indoor exchanges: Led by General Manager Zheng Xiancao, the session provided an overview of our company’s flagship products—covering their performance and applications—to the visiting leaders. The presentation also touched on the preparation and R&D efforts for new products. Although brief, the session yielded remarkable results, particularly in highlighting our eco-friendly product lines such as ESP, prefabricated crown beams, and louvers, which sparked intense interest among the visiting leaders.

During this exchange, the leaders expressed their recognition of our company’s production capabilities and expressed full confidence in the service we’re providing for the Wangniudun project currently under supply. At the same time, this has laid a solid foundation for future collaboration on additional projects.
